How we look after your details.

Who we are

This website is run by Simon Battams, trading as S&K Roofing Specialist, a roofing business based in Lancing, West Sussex. You can contact us on 07703 737555 or at simonroofman@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

If you use the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and the details of the roofing job you describe. We use this only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and provide a quote. The form sends your message by email to S&K Roofing Specialist and to Knox Growth, the agency that manages this website and our enquiries on our behalf.

If you ring, WhatsApp or email us, we keep your contact details and the details of the job so we can carry out the work and stay in touch about it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and job details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, carry out and guarantee the work, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing. Your details are seen by S&K Roofing Specialist and by Knox Growth, who manage the website and enquiry handling for us. The website is hosted by Hostinger.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies needed for it to work, plus basic analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. Analytics data is not used to identify you.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email simonroofman@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
