Why one roofer beats a crew of strangers.
Big firms send a salesperson, then a surveyor, then whoever is free that week. With S&K the person who looks at your roof is the person who quotes it and the person who does it. Nothing gets lost between the three.
It also means the small things get done: the gutter cleared while the scaffold is up, the loose tile two along from the one you rang about, the lead dressed properly rather than sealed.
